“Mom and Son Thai Kitchen is the best Thai restaurant that I’ve tried. My family loves it as do all the family and friends that I’ve recommended it to. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. I’ve always liked Thai food, but I LOVE the Thai food from Mom and Son Thai Kitchen. It is very fresh and full of flavor. Everything I’ve had tastes like it was made from scratch with love. My favorite dishes are the Thai fried rice, basil stir fry, Pad Kee Mao, and the Thai Noodle Soup. If you’ve never tried this place, go try it ASAP!“

“My partner and I decided to try a hole in a wall before leaving Norfolk and decided on here. Being from NY stepping into the place felt very familiar and nostalgic. It also smelled heavenly in there. We got a steak pizza, baked ziti, and meatball and Italian sub. Ziti maybe needed a bit more seasoning. All 3 were tasty and fresh. Even the salad was super fresh and green! For the price you really can't beat it. I'm big on customer service and the woman taking our order was also very pleasant. Just off our short interaction with her made this a 5 instead of a 4. Love me a good mom and pop store.

“Staff is nice, plz get the super Philly because it has the most meat, yummy! My food was made fresh to order & hot 🔥 . The Philly wasn’t seasoned enough for me, but they provided extra garlic salt & it was perfect once added! The fries weren’t my favorite cut or texture, but it was hot & complemented my sub. The reese's  cup cookie was delicious and was a flavorful way to end my meal. This location is in desperate need of a remodel, but I’ll be back !“

We decided to sit at the bar instead of a window seat I also let the host know if someone cancels or if a Hi top come available please let us know. All you could see was the kitchen door flying open lol as the waitresses was bringing dishes I mean we only do fine dining when we eat out but I honestly wasn’t expecting something at this caliber seriously, you know we eat alot of places and sometimes the food just doesn’t be seasoned the way you expected especially if its plated nicely. Because it’s true we eat with our eyes first! But let me tell you!!! Goddd KISS THE CHEF!! Miami especially because I’ve had the oxtail lasagna there so I advised my wife to get that and I got the 37oz Tomahawk for 2 top with crab meat lol I love a good steak seriously. We didn’t get any appetizers because I wanted to save my appetite and my mental was in my pocket lol if you know what I mean but a $100 for a tomahawk with roasted potatoes it was no way I wasn’t gonna have that for dinner and some left for breakfast with cheese eggs in the morning lol Now when my steak came out! I ordered medium in which I expected to see pink because medium requires pink and who orders a well done steak anyway??? I mean it was cooked and seasoned to perfection with roasted potatoes and onions OMG I’M GOING BACK THERE!! Soon!! I taste my wife oxtail lasagna because she just kept saying how much better it tasted here lol so I did and she wasn’t exaggerating I mean the pasta sauce was sweet with garlic Omg how did they make a sauce that good and it had tomato chunks in it not the big crazy chunks but just perfect everything was PERFECT THIS PLACE DESERVES A MICHELIN⭐️ if thats possible in this area Ive ate in numerous countries because of my military background but this place is one for the books!!“

“I was in the Wards Corner area today and I decided to try Clean Eatz for the first time. I had the chocolate and peanut butter smoothie. The lady behind the register that it is her favorite smoothie because you can not go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate. She was so right because it was very good. I also had the good for you nachos.“

We ordered the two entrees with a side. My mom stated that the half turkey sandwich that she had was a little dry and she have ordered a soup with it. “I frequent the Chesapeake Square Olive Garden specifically because of the incredible service provided by Latifa. Her personality is so warm and inviting, and her service is truly second to none.
She is so attentive that we didn't have to ask for a single thing the entire night—she was always one step ahead! While the food was great, Latifa is the real reason we keep coming back. She is, hands down, the best server I have ever had. If you visit this location, definitely ask for her!“

“Wow I was sitting here in Ghana Africa and a thaught came to me. I asked my wife what was the name of that sub place we use to always order from when I was stationed in Norfolk. I was stationed at NOB on the USS Iwo Jima in 1992 until decommissioned in 1993 then to the USS WASP 93 to 96. We used to always order from Cals Pizza and subs. I used to get the cheese steak sub and suicide wings. This place was the best. Good to see they are still in business serving Virginia and the Navy. It brings back good memories for me as a young kid in the Navy.“

“Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. I was plain and tried just a soft taco with sour cream. $3.01 is definitely alot for a fast food taco. It was pretty similar to taco bell. Just fresher. Meat tasted like spot on the same.
