“I have honestly avoided the KFC in Pulaski like the plague for the last year or so because it had gotten so bad that I just couldn't bring myself to eat there anymore. The food and overall experience had become disappointing enough that I stopped going completely. However, KFC recently brought back their original Popcorn Chicken for a limited time, and my son, who is on the autism spectrum, absolutely loves it. I started placing an online order around 10:15 p.m. (they close at 11:00), but when I went to check out at 10:22, the app wouldn't let me complete my order. They currently have an awesome deal—50 pieces of Popcorn Chicken for $10—and my son is going into the ninth grade and can easily eat that in one sitting, so I really wanted to get it for him. I called the restaurant, and Ashley answered the phone. She was absolutely amazing. Even though she was only about 10 minutes away from getting off work, she took my order over the phone without hesitation. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely kind. More importantly, she made me feel like she truly cared that my order was correct and that the food would be fresh. Ashley is the reason that my family and myself are willing to give the Pulaski KFC another chance. Outstanding employees like her can completely change a customer's opinion of a business. She went above and beyond when she didn't have to, and her customer service was exceptional. If the management sees this, Ashley deserves recognition for the way she treats customers.(MAYBE A RAISE 🤑) Thank you, Ashley, for restoring a little faith in this location. “First the food is delicious, prices are good, and the people are really nice. It is not a sit down restaurant, but tables and chairs are stacked on the side walls and there are games on each table so you can have something to do while waiting. The food is fresh so it is worth the wait! We asked if we could sit and eat and they said yes.“
