“Radford sharkeys is fine everyone is friendly and service is great. However Blacksburg sharkeys is very poor service and they refused to serve me because I was told I didn’t leave enough of a tip which is illegal so stay away from Blacksburg sharkeys“

“They had a new person on the front register so they was asking a lot of questions but all in all he did great. You could tell he was nervous but that's the name of the game when you start and you are new. He was polite and got the order right but the cooks didn't read ticket right cause some of the things I put on my burger wasn't there so I went and asked for them and they got it put in a bag and handed to me. Great place to eat“

“This morning, 11/25/2021, Thanksgiving @ about 7:50, I had taken my husband for dialysis in Radford & stopped at Hardee's drive thru on my way home to get food for my grandson. The young lady that waited on me had a "smile in her voice" from the moment she spoke. Such a pleasant & unexpected experience. Thank you Ashley (as my receipt identifies her), you brighten my day.“

“Due to a closure on I-81 south, we escaped the backup by ducking into town to take an alternate route south around the closure and ended up here for lunch. My $5 biggie bag was solid with a very good bacon cheeseburger, hot salty fries and decent chicken nuggets. Love the not 1 but 2 Coca Cola Freestyle machines. My wife thought her baked potato and chili were very good. The guy behind the counter had a good sense of humor. The free chocolate Frosty is always a plus.“

“Came in here after a long morning full of appointments. The hostess greeted us kindly and asked us where'd we like to sit and choosing the bar before noon she might of thought we were rowdy but far from, just hungry. We got seated, the waitress took our drink orders and fair warned us that catering was being completed so there might be a bit of a wait. We ordered our lunch specials nonetheless and the wait was not much of one at all. If they hadn't of warned me I wouldn't of noticed but it was so considerate that I got a heads up! I mentioned we would be splitting our orders to share in the foodie greatness and the server ensured a fork for each to enjoy our macaroni salad. Our total with 2 lunch specials and 2 Michelobs equalled $31.06. I'll pay $40 any day for food and drinks made to order exactly how we ask. Thank you so much for being a place for people to go to take a load off! Stay awesome Macado's Radford Crew!“

“I feel like Wendy’s atmospheres are all similar with small nuances of difference. My family typically accesses this location together before kids’ sports for breakfast but I have swung through alone a few times for a biscuit or other breakfast item. The food is always hot. Sometimes your order takes longer than others. Sometimes the variety soda machines are down to one and don’t have all of the flavors or products. Some of the current staff were rude starting last fall 2023 but have been consistently kind or ambivalent since. They are often busy, in a rush, or overwhelmed even though you may be the only people/person in the lobby (their overhead kiosk shows waiting orders and I’ve taken notice to DoorDash orders and the like). The lobby is always clean and has comfortable seating and it’s a newer building/layout. Due to the consistency of food always being accurate and always being hot, this is a solid 4 location.“
