Excellent service. Our manager, Ashley was amazing. She met all of our needs.
Ordered delivery from the website. Got someone else’s order. Called the manager and was told it wasn’t their fault and I would have to deal with their delivery group Door Dash. Door Dash will not do anything because it was ordered on Carrabas website. So I not only did not get my food but there are 2 charges on my card and no one thinks I should get my money back since or get my food. The manager just kept saying it isn’t his fault. Our servers were so nice and attentive! The lentil soup is soo yummy. I order it every time. Also ordered the chocolate cake for the first time and it was delish! Food comes out in a timely manner too. Would definitely recommend!!
