“We loved our experience. Came for dinner with my husband and ordered several dishes. The chicken platter appetizer came out sizzling and delicious. We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. My favorite entree was the paneer butter masala. Amazing sauce - similar to butter chicken sauce. I was eating the sauce with everything!! Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!“

“Superb authentic Indian food. The real taste of south Indian cuisines, well cooked and every item on the Buffet was tasty. The staff greet you with a smile and really take care of your choice of food and also give their suggestions to try other dishes too. They had mild, medium and high spicy foods displayed in the buffet. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and looked very hygienic. I would highly recommend this restaurant, a must try, if you like Indian food. I will certainly go there again. Thanks a million, Keep it up.“

“We had to pick someone up from Dulles Airport in virginia and had about an hour to spare. We Googled nearby options and found this place just five minutes away from the airport. We ordered mutton masala with rice, plain naan, and a chikoo shake. We also packed a butter paneer masala, which was great. The food was excellent overall. The chikoo shake could have been a little less sweet, but otherwise it’s a great spot for Indian food. Those who need to know, this place is big, clean and has a good bar too.“

“What a hidden gem!! I was surprised that basically no one was in here on a friday night. Enjoyed their spicy Chicken Tikka Masala dinner special which came with a giant serving of rice, a lot of chicken chunks, and a fragrant gravy that was packed with flavor. The service is the usual order at counter affair and the people who helped me were super polite. I will definitely be returning to try out their other dishes and their other excellently priced specials.“

“Chaatwala is hands down one of the best spots in Herndon for authentic Indian food! The chaats are amazing – super fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. The dosas are perfectly crispy, and the curries are rich and delicious. The staff is really friendly, service is quick, and the portions are generous. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food and it shows in every bite. If you’re looking for great Indian street food and comfort dishes in Northern Virginia, this place is a must-visit. Some of our favorites: Karari Palak Chaat, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Korma (any protein the sauce is amazing), Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, and Garlic Naan 😋. “This is a to-go Indian chaat spot located inside a gas station. Here’s how it works: you place your order at the cashier, and they bring the food out to you. There’s also a small corner with a few chairs if you want to eat quickly and head out.

We ordered the samosa wrap, which this place is known for - and it was delicious. The filling includes chana and rice by default, along with whatever other toppings you choose, making it quite hearty and satisfying.

We also tried the dahi puri chaat, which was very good. My husband and I shared both dishes and were completely full by the end. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Oh - almost forgot! They also sell Indian beers here like Haywards 5000 and Kingfisher, if that’s your thing.“

Aditi Gourmet has the best-tasting chicken biryani, the best-tasting goat curry, and the best-tasting okra (“bhindi”) masala in Fairfax County. I recommend it highly.“

We catered their Rajasthani Dal, Baati, Churma special dishes for our guests in October 2022. it was a super hit. Everybody loved the food. We have also tried other varieties. This mostly seems like a take-out shop, although lthere are tables and chairs in case one wishes to eat in.I especially enjoyed the order of 4 very filling Chicken Samosas with the deliciously spicy Cilantro sauce and the sweet and sour Tamarind Chutney. The Mutton Curry is to die for, with fall-off the bone chunks of lamb and nicely fragrant Curry sauce.“
