“We loved our experience. Came for dinner with my husband and ordered several dishes. The chicken platter appetizer came out sizzling and delicious. We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. My favorite entree was the paneer butter masala. Amazing sauce - similar to butter chicken sauce. I was eating the sauce with everything!! Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!“

“Superb authentic Indian food. The real taste of south Indian cuisines, well cooked and every item on the Buffet was tasty. The staff greet you with a smile and really take care of your choice of food and also give their suggestions to try other dishes too. They had mild, medium and high spicy foods displayed in the buffet. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and looked very hygienic. They gave us more than enough condiments and food was hot and ready for pickup at the exact time mentioned. Would definitely recommend!“

“My wife and I love Indian food. We go to a place, try it, and decide whether to come back. Well, we have a new favorite.
Lunch last week at TriState was sublime. We had a biryani, and I still cannot quite find the words to describe the rice. It was tender and a tiny bit chewy, in a great way. It was steamy but light and fluffy. The meat was perfect and mixed through the dish. So, yes, we will return. I have my eye on daal makhani, that spicy buttery bean and lentils dish. Can't wait to try their version. Our friend had peppery chicken--so good! Suggest you go with friends and share so you can try more stuff at the table.“

The malai kofta and paneer lababdar are heavenly, a must try. We have begun to go so regularly that the staff recognize us immediately, place us at our favorite table, and remember details of food allergies and are highly accommodating. The chicken curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced—just the right amount of heat. The goat dum biryani was aromatic and tender, with the perfect balance of spices and herbs. But the standout for me was definitely the chili gobi. The crispy cauliflower had an incredible depth of flavor, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice.

“This is a to-go Indian chaat spot located inside a gas station. Here’s how it works: you place your order at the cashier, and they bring the food out to you. There’s also a small corner with a few chairs if you want to eat quickly and head out.

We ordered the samosa wrap, which this place is known for - and it was delicious. The filling includes chana and rice by default, along with whatever other toppings you choose, making it quite hearty and satisfying.

We also tried the dahi puri chaat, which was very good. My husband and I shared both dishes and were completely full by the end. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Oh - almost forgot! They also sell Indian beers here like Haywards 5000 and Kingfisher, if that’s your thing.“

Some of our favorites: Karari Palak Chaat, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Korma (any protein the sauce is amazing), Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, and Garlic Naan 😋. For drinks I love the mango lassi and salted lassi (very acquired taste if you’ve never had a yogurt drink before). Dessert favorites are their Gulab Jamun and Saffron Kheer. The ambiance is spacious and traditional. PS: be prepared for a wait on the weekends for the buffet… it can get busy.
