We had an incredible dinner at Acacia Midtown and can't wait to go back. To start, we had the chilled cantaloupe soup, which was refreshing and naturally sweet, while crispy prosciutto sprinkled on top added the perfect salty crunch for a beautifully balanced bite. My first visit to the latest incarnation of a Richmond classic. Mostly seafood dishes with standouts including oyster or red tuna apps, crab cakes and softshells, scallops, and fish shack sandwiches -- the top-quality product shines through every dish -- with attentive, helpful servers, in an elegant but relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel like you're right on the coast. Great options for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.
Great space. Beautiful. Food is great. From the app to the dessert. It’s just stuffy. The servers don’t seem to be happy. I remember this from the original location on Cary. This location started out different but has gotten a little stuffy again. It’s a great place! Relax! Have fun coming to work. You can go from 3.8 stars to 4.8 if you just breathe. Food is a yes! Atmosphere is a yes. Service is up tight! It matters
