Champagne was flat. Oysters and fish were under cooked. Service was nice

We had an incredible dinner at Acacia Midtown and can't wait to go back. To start, we had the chilled cantaloupe soup, which was refreshing and naturally sweet, while crispy prosciutto sprinkled on top added the perfect salty crunch for a beautifully balanced bite.
