My go to Chinese restaurant in Richmond!
I’ve had some very good meals here, and some very bad ones. If you get something good, the dinner combo is a great deal. I have not really liked anything on the Thai menu that I’ve tried. Also multiple times I have ordered online and paid extra for extra veggies and I’ve never once had extra veggies included (either on the dish or to the side). It’s never mentioned when I pick up the order and never been refunded.
Delicious no joke I go to alot of different Chinese food places there's only 2 I. Richmond i like and this is my favorite one doesn't matter what you order it's going to be really good

Tops China Restaurant offers an authentic Chinese dining experience, with excellent food and good customer service. The restaurant serves a variety of classic Chinese dishes, including Shrimp and Broccoli, Rib Tips, and Lo Mein. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun is truly the best in town. All dishes are reported to be delicious and flavorful with lots of flavor and not too greasy. Good portions are offered for great prices, especially with the dinner combo. The restaurant is described as a "dive" spot, but the owners are accommodating and take care of their customers. Customer service and efficiency are unmatched.
