“Genuinely the best bowl I’ve had from a Chipotle in a while. They were short staffed and still being very nice to all the customers and door dashers. Great portion sizes and the chipotle honey chicken had the perfect amount of sauce. Will definitely be back!“
“This location at THIS time of day (10:45... When they open) was great. Everything was ready, tables, floors and soda dispensers were clean. Outside(which is where we sat) was free of trash, tables were decent although they could've been wiped down, but wasn't messy, just dusty. All in all. Nice. Food was great, right temp, correct proportions and of course, the taste.... The flavor of what you expect at CHIPOTLE. We'll be back!“

“im honestly so impressed. i ordered on the app for a pickup which is beyond risky for a place like chipotle BUT im shocked at how good this was. i got a chicken & steak bowl and the new chipotle honey chicken burrito. as soon as i picked up the bag, i knew it was gonna be good bc it weighed like 20lbs 😅. friendly staff, order was made right, surprisingly good proportions, tastes is as good as its gonna get. overall impressed with this location!“
“Just drove here from the Hull st. Location because Hull street was out off all their food and didn’t accept cash. This location had way more workers, the workers were actively working on filling empty containers. So much better than Hull st. Location and only 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this location for your chipotle fix. Would’ve given 5 stars but could’ve been better about having full containers.“
“Great vegan and gluten-free options. The one-star reviews seem unfair. We went in for lunch on a Sunday and it was spotless inside, service was fast, and large portions. I haven't been to a Chipotle in years, but this location is great. Friendly and fast service too!
Folks should try giving some grace and patience to workers before writing one-star reviews calling people out by name and insulting them personally. I'll be back to this location next time I'm craving Chipotle!“
“I Work at the Chipotle on carritown willown and Arthur ash and I worked at VCU. Those are very great chipotles. They have very good customer service and they taught me well, they're very kind people and I love Chipotle. I can't stop working there.
Kid-friendliness: Chipotle is the kindeest and friendliest place that you can come and eat
Wheelchair accessibility: They have so much room in there.Anybody could come in including a person in a wheelchair and we make them feel extra special“
“I don’t know who was working the 8:40 Jan 13 shift but they were fantastic! It was two teenagers the girl with reddish brown hair and a guy with black curly hair. SUPER nice, great manners, and great food. I’m gluten free and for the first time in what feels like forever they changed their gloves! They always have more than enough food which I’ve found isn’t in most places. By far the best chipotle in the Richmond area!“
