Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fredericksburg

“I'm not from this area. This was a rest stop for me. The service was great. The environment was good but I ordered a Burrito. It wasn't nasty but it lacked taste. Well it wasn't seasoned enough, the sour cream was watery and I had to spit out too many undercooked grains of rice. This wouldn't stop me from stopping here again but if it happened twice I'd be hitting an U-turn immediately.“

“Had the burrito bowl, my husband and son had burritos. They had them double wrapped. They made mine exactly how I asked. My husband and son could barely finish them, and I had leftovers. They were awesome!!
My husband and son got the bottle coke and I got their various juices which are delicious 😋“

“I eat here every other day. The staff here is amazing. They get to know their regular customers that come in the store. There very patience and courtesy when getting your order, they don’t rush you. Food is always nice and hot. Parking is a nightmare depending on the time you go.“

“Did a quick stop at chipotle during our drive . I liked this place . I hate to eat in service areas because it is generally crowded and too slow … this one was perfect , just a mile out from the I95 exit . Not too much of deviation and was quick. Lots of parking outside . There are also other shops nearby .

We like chipotle bowls because we are vegetarians . ? love their rice bowl and tofu mix .. service was quick when we went . We went on a weekday afternoon . So not much of customers .. rice bowl was good . Quantity was really good . Service and billing was quick . Good experience for us . ???“

“I must be hitting this location at the right times because I've had the complete opposite experiences, these low reviews really throw me.

I typically order via the app and it's always ready on time and the order is accurate. The serving sizes I've received are huge. I'm talking overflowing when I take the lid off, and can get two to three meals out of
a burrito bowl. The food has always been fresh, warm, and decent quality. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

I typically go for lunch not long after they open though. Maybe they just have a strong opening crew.“
