Dude put me in my place for looking for my order on the pickup shelf when the app literally told me “Grab your order on the pickup shelf.” Said “we had it at the drive thru, you’re supposed to let us know if you’re picking it up at the shelf.” Not a real pleasant experience.
The goal of Chipotle is to be identical no matter which location you go to. For that reason, I would never normally leave a review. I am writing this today because of your staff member, Edwin, who went above and beyond for me today. I severely injured my back and this visit was my first time stepping out of the house. Not only did he provide excellent service, he even helped me carry my food out to the car. He is fantastic. Edwin, if you see this - thank you!
