Fodrey Catering Concepts LLC provides outstanding service and delicious food. The team goes above and beyond to communicate and build relationships with customers to understand their needs. Food is presented beautifully and tastes delicious, with guests remarking it was some of the best food they have ever had, wedding or otherwise. The service is flawless, with engaging, professional bartenders and staff making a lasting impression. The team is dedicated behind the scenes, assisting with clean-up beyond their own responsibilities. They are great to work with for many dietary restrictions, even making gluten-free dairy-free Mac & cheese. Menu options include a taco bar, a kebab bar, and a mashed potato and Mac & cheese bar. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional.
