Always nice to my employee and me. The only place I know of that serve really good livers and gizzards, too. I haven't visited in a while since we moved the shop to Hopewell, but I will make a special trip again soon!
Great fried food little affair...chicken, fish, shrimp even oysters! Ordered 2 piece white breast meal (roll with 2 small sides), shrimp meal (roll with 2 small sides) as well as 12 piece chicken nuggets even if it wasn't on any menu. Taste was excellent even though I thought the shrimp was going to include hush puppies (it didn't) and they got the side wrong for my wife's 2 piece chicken breast meal (Mac and cheese instead of collard greens). The mild chicken has the perfect crunch, texture and taste, so does the spicy chicken and others. The service here is amazing-- there's one lady who works here who has red hair and she is amazing. The atmosphere is like any mainstream restaurant-- upbeat and makes you feel good. I would definitely recommend the one on 7108 Hull Street. That's where the red haired lady is.
