The food was very good as always .. However, the service was TERRIBLE. It was not horribly busy on Saturday 1/20/18 when we arrived at 10:10AM. It took 10 minutes to get my order placed and another 18 minutes to get the order filled and that was after I asked about the status of my order. I could see it posted on the board and saw other orders being placed in front of mine. Looked like they were taking care of drive-thru customers first. I am really displeased!
I don't normally complain, but 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger and hot dog combo box? I only get half an hour for lunch as it us and was still late getting back to work after finally getting my food. Guess I'll heat it up and try to eat it later. �

Compared to nearby competitors, Hardee's offers better value, such as two chili cheese hot dogs for less than a coney at Sonic. Fresh and hot chicken tenders are a highlight. However, some recent visits have had issues with cleanliness, as tables and the men's room were not very clean, and food sat in warmers for a while, making it less fresh. Still, the overall experience can be positive, especially when the food is served hot and staff are friendly.
