Jersey Mike's Subs is a chain with great food, but this particular location could use better management. Some employees were loud and not professional, affecting the overall experience. Despite the good food, the service was lacking, especially near closing time when the phone wasn't answered promptly. The fresh food and toppings are a highlight, but the service can be slow, as experienced when waiting for a buffalo chicken sub. The excessive oil and vinegar on a turkey and provolone sub was off-putting for one customer. Overall, while the food quality is consistent, the service at this location leaves something to be desired.
