“It's impossible to get a hold of the staff. Seems kike they need more help. Once my food is delivered it's too notch & perfect to my specifications. The staff is friendly & accommodating once my phone call is answered. I just wish that they were easier to get ahold of.“

“i’ve gone ordered inside once and i just did delivery today. both times my food was how i i ordered it, fresh, and was ready in a timely manner!! i work down the street so i did delivery for lunch. after i ordered it, it was here within 15 minutes! the drink was wrapped in a plastic wrap to keep it from spilling as well. the only thing i didn’t like was that my cup was mostly ice“

“Usually I order on the app, walk up there and by that time it’s ready, pick up and go. But I needed delivery today. And I made a mistake and clicked the wrong address, so they delivered it there. I know they were pissed, I would’ve been, and I fully expected to have just missed out on that one. However, they made my order (or as far as I know went back to retrieve the first one) and delivered it to me at my correct address. They went above and beyond what they could’ve done and came through. It was totally my fault and they forgave me! Unlike some Christian churches they really did forgive me. Thanks Jimmy John’s.“
