Pizza Hut in Richmond

“The man helping me with my order (cant recall the name but it was a Tuesday night maybe the manager) was incredibly pleasant and outgoingly attentive and the pizza was as good as I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. I don’t review chains unless the location far exceeds expectations and he made that happen tonight!“

I grew up eating at Pizza Hut when they were really the only restaurant style pizza place to go to they've always been my favorite but once they close down all the sit-down walk-in pizza places and all these cheaper pizza places started popping up all over the place the quality of everybody's Pizza has gone down and that's unfortunate but I still personally like the Pizza Hut pizza better than than anybody else's that's you know that's just my opinion but the quality I think it's still a little better because but the other the other brands all the other quick places I don't think they had up to add you just trying to make a quick Buck which is what everybody is trying to do anyway but hey that's just my opinion sorry about the typos my phone doesn't type perfect English because it was made in China“

“I stop there on my way home from work had pre-order my pizza on line when I got to the store I thought it was going to be ready but of course I was early and they were just putting it in the oven and let me tell u that was the best pizza and cheese sticks I have had in a long time and Plus the evening shift did there thing pizza was on point thanks u guys❤️“

“Dustin was super helpful. I was trying to organize an event at a large hospital and placed the order on-line then called the store and spoke with Dustin. He was so friendly and patient with me. I told him I only had a narrow window of time for the delivery and he said not to worry. The order came right on-time and was absolutely perfect. I'm sad to say that I rarely experience great customer service anymore but after speaking with Dustin and everything working out perfectly, I'm pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much!“

“I order my pizza - it says 15 minutes I show up 7 minutes and it’s usually done. I interact with the same guy almost everytime and he is very attentive of everyone who comes in there. He’s prompt kind and respectful. I always go after work on nights I just don’t wanna cook.“
