“I was so impressed with the service I got at the Pizza Hut on Buford in Bon Air,VA. Jasmine waited on me and she was very courteous and helpful. She helped me find the best deal for what I wanted. The rest of the staff were also very attentive to me as a customer! 5/5 star rating! Greg McK.“

“I normally have to do carry out at this location. The food is always hot and fresh when I get there. And they actually pay attention to the details, like light sauce. Soooo happy they now deliver to my house via DoorDash. Food was still hot and fresh and delicious!“

“Unfortunately when my order was being delivered , they had a third party (DoorDash) driver deliver and this person took it to the wrong apartment and didn't send the nicest text due to their own confusion. I called the store and spoke with Ben the manager and he was very professional and kind. He resolved the issue and got another order sent out with no problem .“

“Personal pan was a BIG disappointment for my daughter for the fact that there were only 4 pieces of pepperoni and very little sauce on the pizza. I'm glad that we had some at home that I was able to add more to it. Other than that everything else was delicious.“

I grew up eating at Pizza Hut when they were really the only restaurant style pizza place to go to they've always been my favorite but once they close down all the sit-down walk-in pizza places and all these cheaper pizza places started popping up all over the place the quality of everybody's Pizza has gone down and that's unfortunate but I still personally like the Pizza Hut pizza better than than anybody else's that's you know that's just my opinion but the quality I think it's still a little better because but the other the other brands all the other quick places I don't think they had up to add you just trying to make a quick Buck which is what everybody is trying to do anyway but hey that's just my opinion sorry about the typos my phone doesn't type perfect English because it was made in China“

“I called this Pizza Hut in a panic! Domino's (I know they SUCK! But, that's what people voted for.) called me and informed me that they couldn't satisfy the order I placed a WEEK AGO! I talked to a young man named Jay! He saved the day! Not only did he make sure the party had pizza and refreshments, He made sure to give me the best bang for my buck! What a wonderful gentle sir. I recommend this location to all the dad's in my weekly pick up badminton club!“
