Sefton is the greatest cafe in richmond, the staff are so kind to everyone who comes in. I get the same thing every time I come in to the point where barista’s and the owners know my order 😂. I get it bc it’s easy on my stomach, but they have such an amazing looking menu and are always changing it to fit the season! I always make sure to bring friends and family who are visiting here because it really is a special part of the community 🙂
Been here a bunch of times. Ordered an iced vanilla late (my order anywhere) and received a hot late. I said “oh this was iced” and the lady said “we’ll I didn’t do it that way” and I said “oh that’s what I ordered” and then she continues to look up my order even though they entered it incorrectly. Then says to me “it’s 50 cents more,” I said “ok I have no problem paying the difference” and she makes me a new drink. The new drink was not an iced vanilla...read full review
I’m so happy to have Sefton a block away from my office! Aways incredible service, consistently amazing coffee, and fantastic pastries. The random surprises, whether a flower, penguin, or fortune cookie with the coffee, are always an added treat.
