My experience at Starbucks was great overall. The atmosphere was very clean and comfortable, with private, family-style bathrooms and convenient phone charging available. The service was fast and thoughtful they even remembered my name from an earlier order and encouraged me to use my Starbucks Rewards card, which was a nice touch. The person behind the counter told me before I ordered that the card reader wasn’t working and I could only pay with the app or cash, which was good to know before I ordered!
I ordered a grande matcha latte whole milk and a chocolate croissant.
Ended up parking for a minute with my laptop to do some work and only realized about fifteen minutes later that my food/drink hadn’t come out.
I went to the register...

This place is always good
Their credit card machine is broken and people can't tip them. Starbucks you need to do something about that your employees are working hard enough and life is tough enough as it is
