“I want to give a huge shoutout to Randy at this Subway location for going above and beyond to ensure my food was safe to eat. I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which means I have to be extremely cautious about cross-contamination with mammalian products. Randy took my allergy seriously from the start: he changed gloves, used fresh utensils, and even gathered ingredients straight from the cooler to avoid any possible contamination.
I’ve never had a fast food employee go to that extent to ensure my safety and comfort. Because of his attention to detail and genuine care, I was able to enjoy my meal without any allergic reaction; something that’s incredibly rare for me.
