Recently, a young lady at the drive-thru surprised a customer by paying for their meal when their card wouldn’t work, showing the friendly service they strive for. However, some customers have reported issues with the biscuits being hard and cold on multiple occasions. Many still believe this Hardee's is the best in Roanoke, especially for their well-buttered biscuits. Unfortunately, there have been instances of rudeness from staff, which suggests that improving customer service tone could enhance the experience for all guests.
