The server was busy while we were there, so we got our own drink refills, but she came and got our takeout containers for us to take the remainder of our food with us, and she was very cordial.
I picked up lunch in the takeout area and was greeted by Chandra with a smile and a positive attitude. He was friendly and kind. He told me about the special for today and was just pleasant to interact with. In a world where customer service is becoming a lost art, it was refreshing.
