McDonald's in Roanoke

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“

“A good place to eat, friendly employees and clean. No homeless loitering as in the city restaurants. Accepted coupons and Big Mac meal was around $6. Drive thru seemed to be more busy, but the inside was well furnished.

Parking: Not much parking to dine inside.“

“Served with a smile, The atmosphere was grand. They were all working together, and in great spirits, chatting with each other and customers as well. It's great to Walk into an establishment and be greeted by everyone with a big hello. The management definitely should share tips in team building with many other franchises.“

“It was decent professionalism and cashier was very polite forgot to ask her name bc I always leave reviews and I like to give great workers ? credit when it's due : ) got a free ice cream since there was a mishap on someone else's order ...my boys really enjoyed that ♡ ?“

“My food is always good, and out of all my many visits, they only one time got my order wrong in the drive-thru. Service is fast and friendly. I don't like that they accept no higher than a $20 bill, when I'm sure they have the change with all the traffic that comes thru there.“

Jasmine greets you with a smile that is nothing less than contagious, shining and welcoming; she makes me feel as though I am the only customer in the restaurant , yet done in a completely professional manner
Jasmine cares about the people that visit her restaurant, and it shows in her actions I cannot say enough about her, I will go out of my way to visit her particular restaurant, then to go to another McDonald's.
