“Wonderful vineyard experience - a hidden gem in the Rockbridge Baths, VA, area. Mary offered a delightful conversation about the wines and the property's history. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the wines were spectacular across the board. The vineyard is open only on weekends, so plan accordingly, but it’s well worth the trip.”

“Sweet Treats Catering – Can I Say, “Perfect!” We used our favorite Lexington caterer for my 75th Birthday party. We have used them in the past for dinners and parties, large and small/ They are outstanding. We had over 50 guests come to our home for the party. Shane and Adrian took care of everything (coordinating the tent, tables & chairs, linens, flowers, etc., etc.). Everything came off without a hitch. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious! Without seeming dramatic, it was the absolute best BBQ chicken and pork I have ever had. The sides were equally wonderful. Our guests couldn’t stop praising it all. Sweet Treats also prepared the special birthday cake. Like the rest of the meal, the cake was superb. People went back for 2nd (and sometime 3rd) helpings. “brew ridge taps is such a wonderful spot in lexington va- congrats on 10 years in business! when my Father was ill Autumn and the entire staff were so kind on our visits. he enjoyed his reuben and beers and feeling respected. then their kindness when he died went well beyond a normal restaurant. i fully reccomend them for great food and drinks with personable and professional hospitality.”

“Burger was raw sent back waited another 30 mins while watching servers laugh and joke around not offered a appetizerwhile I waited. Avoid this place at all costs. I asked for a refund and id go elsewhere for dinner after waiting a hr. Server brings back my money hands it to me just so the manager can chase me down the street demanding my money back. This place needs new management and to get their act together. Kids meal was gross as well.”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND I was employed there until last night after almost two years. No one wants to work and constantly listen to hateful rhetoric about Christianity and political talk about how Venezuela and Kimmel were wronged. Hate for my President Trump ect. This is so unprofessional in a work environment. When I expressed this to the head cook ---my supervisor in the kitchen ,his response was don't come back. He was part of that hateful talk. No I don't recommend this place because the entire cook staff minus one who she was always respectful was part of the problem along with the employment of illegals in this Country working there under the table. Maybe listen if you're ever there and you will see. God Bless”

“Adorable quaint bakery with the most friendly staff. My fiance and I stopped in for an afternoon coffee and were surprised by the amazing quality treats for such a reasonable price. We got one cupcake to share and the young lady working offered us an additional one on the house. Highly recommend!”

“Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we booked because as soon as we heard about a dessert truck, we were sold! Neither one of us are big cake fans, but we love gelato and pie so this was a no brainer for us. Meredith and her staff are so easy to work with! We had our tasting with Meredith where she created customized comment cards with our names on them for tasting the different options - so cute! Pronto Via’s manager was at our wedding and was SO friendly and even let us climb up into the truck for a few adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the number one thing our guests keep talking about after the wedding and were clearly a huge hit. We look forward to going back to Lexington to visit their store so we can keep enjoying all of the delicious gelato!”

“Pure Eats is right on the edge of two college campuses, so in my mind, it’s the perfect college kid eatery. Food was made quickly, but appeared to be a lot of pre-prepped things (hashbrowns in a triangle shape). College kids work there and are fun to interact with. The menu has a good variety, there’s lots of parking, and the space is great. It was overpriced IMO for the quality. Probably not our first go-to, but a good stand-in if everything else is busy.”

“I got an iced latte (delicious) and a chocolate chip cookie. Spent $9 which felt reasonable. The front desk woman was absolutely lovely (probably 20s) and they were so sweet to my baby who was with me.

The two rooms, one on either side, are gorgeous and so cozy and plant filled to set up shop for the day and work. If I didn’t have my baby, I’d be back with a book.

They also sell local eggs and flower bouquets.”
