“Two of my grandchildren and I really enjoyed our visit to the Princeton, WV store. They each chose a meal from the Children's menu and I got the Southern Fried Chicken Dinner. The food was delicious. Our waitress was attentive, but not overly so. I liked the way she talked to the grandchildren while taking their orders. After our meal, we went over to the store side. Jess, the Retail Manager there, helped us with selections and also signed me up for the Rewards program. I'm looking forward to our next visit!“

“Excellent value. We are not from the area and took a chance on this chain. The biscuits are very large and moist with a crunchy crust. Not the dry thing I was expecting. Eggs are smallish but cooked as ordered. Bacon thin but tasty. Good potatoes. Came back twice and would again.“

“There was a bit of a wait but our meal was FANTASTIC! Krista our server was fast, the drinks were Cold, mini-me is content, and we're all ready to finish our final leg back to chicago! We all got the 2 for $25 deal I got the long Island that was on special with my meal and mini me got your mocktail with the candy pop rocks in it (and yes I was right, she's bouncing all over the truck). Definitely should put a warning label on those things! Thank you for a wonderful meal, Applebee's crew!“

“This is my most favorite place to eat. I had taken my friend there to eat for her birthday. We were served efficiently and quickly. Our order was to perfection. The server was the one I always like to get when I go there because she is so kind and generous. If I need anything while I am seated after I have been given my order, she happily retrieves it for me. She conversed with my friend about it being her birthday, and wished her a happy one, then opened the door for us when we were ready to leave as my friend had her rolator, and I had my cane. We talked several days about that delightful dinner, and how much we loved to go to Captain D's. Let me also mention the restroom was clean, and that was a plus for us too. What an enjoyable evening to remember and talk about in the future. Make sure you try a fresh baked potato sometime with your meal. They are delicious, and come with butter and sour cream! COME SOON AND ENJOY A RELAXED EVENING WITH DELICIOUS FOOD,AND GREAT SERVICE! LET ME ALSO MENTION FROM TIME-TO-TIME WE OFTEN ENCOUNTER A SITUATION WHERE WHEN WE LEAVE WE HAVE MADE A FRIEND OR TWO, OR RAN INTO A FRIEND WE HAVEN'T SEEN FOR A LONG TIME. This is why I love Captain D's too. It's where you meet friends and eat delicious food...ENJOY!!!

“My wife and I stopped in after a full day of wondering the backroads of West Virginia. Tired we ordered drinks and dinner. Erica was great with the service on our order. Food was great. However I left without my wallet. Panicked the next morning, after checking our hotel room and auto we called the restaurant about 9:00 not expecting anyone to answer. A gentleman answered and said yes indeed they had my wallet. I met him in the parking lot and tried to reward him for the safe return of my wallet but he refused. He said he was just grateful to get it back to me. Definitely would eat here again. Honesty still exist in this cynical world.“

“The atmosphere in Bob Evans Bluefield feels like a cafeteria. I am not a fan of cafeterias, they remind me of being in a communist country where everything is rationed. And, in my opinion, the food is bland. Sorry Simar. I have a good friend who cooks at this location.“

“The food and the customer service was great. The lady that worked there she even turned the TV on and asked me what I wanted to watch so I got 2 hotdogs, crinkle fries, and a icecream out of the cooler and watched a movie on peacock for like 16 dollars. I'm not from the area or I would eat there everyday.“
