“We absolutely loved our evening out here last night. We started off with cocktails and Mussels. Both were excellent! For entrees, we both selected the Maple glazed Salmon with Walnut crumb on top of a bed of butternut squash “purée” accompanied by hoppin John. The Salmon was cooked to perfection and the butternut squash “purée” so good I would have liked more. Even the Hoppin John (black eyed peas seasoned fantastically on a bed of rice) was so good I ate every bite. Kudos to the chef on this entree! 10 Stars plus! Our server was top notch. She was just the right amount of attentive. We will definitely be back!“

“Had an enjoyable evening out during a business dinner. Atmosphere was 5 star! Service was almost 5 star, however we did feel a bit rushed in getting our food order in before we were even served our cocktails. The food was very good and we will return on our next visit to Roanoke!“

“What a neat place!!! The food was delicious, cocktails were divine, and the staff was lovely. Definitely a more intimate seating space inside, but good seating at the bar and outside, as well. We loved being able to watch the kitchen staff expertly prepare our meal from our table, too! “We love the other Pancho locations but live on the south east side. So to hear that they opened one 15 min from me was so amazing. They didn’t disappoint!!! The amazing service and outstanding food. Every time we come the food is hot and delicious, the service is fast, friendly and attentive. Our drinks are never under half full and when I ordered some cheese dip with my carnitas they brought it out with my food!! Any location you go to you won’t be disappointed. WE LOVE PANCHOS!!“

“Fortunato serves upscale Italian food in a pared down but trendy atmosphere. Yes, the semi/rustic style means diners either need to sit close together or shout to be heard. I was one of a weekday evening of a party of three all of whom love to try new food. Starting with the formaggi (cheese platter) to cannoli and semifreddo dessert, we were not disappointed. Each of us ordered a main dish. The vegetarian chose homemade pasta with a creamy cheese sauce; the meat eater, pork Milanese; and I, the roasted whole Branzino. I elelcted to trythis fish for comparison with similar dishes in a favorite Oriental restaurant. Fortunato’s Branzino preparation won hands down for me. The flesh was perfectly prepared - moist, tender, and almost falling off the bones. The side complimented the fish perfectly. I finished my cannoli accompanied by an espresso and a smile on my face.“

“I had delivery so not sure of atmosphere or service. I know I had to wait 30 min because they were so busy. The queso is amazing. Salsa had big chunky tomatos and no heat so not a big fan. The guacamole was nothing special little to much onion taste. Chicken taco was really good had great flavor. The Arroz con Pollo has very good flavor, It's different has mushrooms in it and black beans, but good flavor. Overall good meal, but queso is by far the best thing I ate.“
