Vegetarian options: Most of the food was meat-free, but it was mostly just snacks.
Parking: Free parking. Pretty big.

“My friend, our kids, and I stopped on our way home today and had the best experience. Everyone working was so friendly and kind and patient. The ice cream and chocolates are AMAZING. I had the lemon cheesecake bar ice cream. It was the best I’ve ever had. The sea salt caramels are soft and decadent. I’d go every day if I lived close by. We’ll stop in every time we go to Roanoke.“

“I recently visited Katie’s Ice Cream with my family and had a very nice evening. The ice cream was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a family outing. We all enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back!

“The employees are so SO sweet at this location!! They are always in a good mood and if you have a preference for a certain candy, they will fulfill your request. Compared to a different frozen yogurt place, this location definitely wins. Sometimes they're out of my favorite flavor, mango, but that is my only complaint. They are always on top with cleanliness and care. Thank you!!!“
