I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. I ordered the Mi Rey platter that comes with the ribeye steak, grilled shrimp, and the piri quarter leg chicken. Got a side of avocado and the Jamaica drink. I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.

There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.

My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.

Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.“
