I brought a half dozen of their delicious little mini cake treats and decided to try their new Churro flavored bundt cake- it was "ok" but actually "sugar overload " for me, so that's why they get only 4 stars in the food category. The other flavors: strawberries and cream, red velvet, carrot cake, and chocolate chip were great as usual. Total YUM! ?“

“This is my favorite little cafe. It’s in an old church and just has a wonderful atmosphere. Great breakfast food, great cookies. Limited selection on coffee but what they have is fantastic. Try the London Fog latte with vanilla.

“Very nice hometown coffee shop! Just moved to the area so we always look for a local coffee shop and this is our favorite! They roast the coffee in house and it is super smooth, no bite! They also carry several Gluten Free baked goods which is a plus for us as well. Didn't realize they had Gluten free items until our 3rd trip in, look closely at the chart on the case or just ask. Super friendly staff, very helpful, all around great place! Cool fact, the building was built in 1787, plaque on front, which makes it one of the oldest downtown! Highly recommend!!“

“My husband keeps bringing Little Irv's baked goods home from his weekly Fredericksburg Food Co-op grocery trips, and as a family we cannot keep our hands off them! From the perfectly seasoned molasses clove cookies and chewy ginger cookies, to the moist zucchini brownies, everything has been absolutely delicious. And I love that the ingredients are great- no preservatives needed! Highly recommend trying these delicious baked goods!“

“My Honey and I stopped by here for a late lunch last Monday around 2pm. The place was not busy at all. There was plenty of parking available around the restaurant. We were seated immediately in a booth in the bar area. Our server Chandler was friendly and helpful. They offer a large selection during their $13 Lunch special. My Honey chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch Piadina with regular cut fries, which looked amazing. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with regular cut fries. My Honey 's Piadina consisted of seasoned grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon, creamy ranch, tomatoes, BJ's signature five cheese blend enclosed in a crispy Parmesan wrap. My Honey must have been hungry and the Piadina very good as she devoured her meal. My Classic crispy chicken sandwich was very good. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Honey Mustard was tasty and topped off the sandwich perfectly. The sandwich was crispy, tender and not Fatty at all. I enjoyed my sandwich. There are plenty of options available on their menu for entrees and beer selections. We enjoyed our lunch very much and we highly recommend. Chandler was present when we needed him and not hovering too much. He provided impeccable service.“

“This is by far the best Auntie Anne’s ive visited in a long time. The staff is always so friendly and nice. The assistant store manager whom name I believe is Callie is awesome. They had a long line and she came up and started helping the cashier with the line. And they worked well together and got everyone their food in a timely manner. She kept her crew motivated even though you could tell they were all tired. She’s a good leader. She was very helpful if someone didn’t understand something. And she has a pleasent voice and wonderful customer service skills. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant, her name tag said Brii on it. I’m not sure what’s her position is, I didn’t ask. But she was very fast and friendly with getting my order done. I order about 40$ worth of food. And she made sure to double check everything and made sure everything was in the bag and correct. The rest of the staff which were I believe were Hispanic were very nice as well. The was store was clean even though they were very busy. They all handle the long line very well. Their were a few customers that were rude them and they handled them politely. As many people were complaining about the wait. But like I said they were very busy. And were also making made to order pretzels such as the raisin pretzel and nuggets. I’ve never been treated poorly at that location ever. Both Callie and Brii handled everything great despite being tired. As for the other location. The one located in the food court was not that pleasant I stopped there to get dip because i forgot it when I was at the other store. And they acted like it was a huge unconvinced for them. The older Hispanic lady was yelling and cussing at the staff in Spanish. And that’s not very professional. And I know Spanish so I understood what she was saying. I won’t repeat it because it was very harsh. But she did tell the young Hispanic boy she was going to pull his hair out. And she was very rude to whole staff. And you could tell they just wanted to leave because of how she was treating them. And you clearly tell that they are young kids. Maybe 16-17 in age. When I got my dip finally they threw across the counter at me. That’s very rude. That’s not how you treat a customer. I understand it was .75 cent dip that I asked for but there was no reason for them to do that. I practically don’t like how the manager if that’s who is treated the staff and customers. She should not be in that position. The store was also mess and you could tell they didn’t care if was or not. Cleanliness is a big thing for me. Because you eat with your eyes first. Personally I would not buy pretzels from the store for myself or even my dog. It was gross. I think they need to take lessons from the other Auntie Anne’s store. And why are they not allowed to take tips anymore? That’s ludacris! They work very hard. And deserve to be tipped if they are doing a good job. They used to have a tip jar at one point. Why aren’t they allowed to take tips anymore? Either way from now on I will only buy my pretzels from the location across from Starbucks from now on. The Starbucks store deserves to be praised for doing so well this holiday season. Maybe a bonus for all of them or something. I tried to give them a tip to split between all of them and they refused it saying they weren’t allowed to take tips anymore. And that really upsets me. Because they definitely deserve it.
