“I have been frequenting this neighborhood Starbucks for many, many years, and all the baristas (current and former) know me well. This coffee house has been my secondary office and home. I come here almost everyday and really appreciate Starbucks for letting me enjoy my time at their “house.”
I love all the baristas here and greatly appreciate their outstanding customer service. They are very friendly, nice, fast, and helpful. They deserve millions of thanks from everyone so my millions of thanks to go to Jennifer, Angel, Matthew, Vinny, and those I don’t remember their name (my bad!).
I sincerely wish all the baristas a wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year.

“Omg it can be done. I live in va beach & was in the area visiting family. They actually asked how to spell my name they gave me exactly what I asked for as far as my drink order. Everything was perfect. It can be done Va Beach it can be done!“
“The person mis heard my order and I got the wrong drink but they remade it for me. Not a complaint I know it’s difficult in these trying times to hear me through my mask, the clear plexiglass barrier and the noise in the mall. Nothing but live for my baristas!“
“I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location because the staff is incredibly kind. A week or two ago around 5 a.m., I realized I had forgotten my card, and they genuinely tried their best to accommodate me and help with my order. They were so sweet and understanding. I don’t go to Starbucks often and only stopped by because I had a gift card, but their kindness really stood out. I would definitely come back because of the people here.“
“We thought the remodeling would provide a larger outdoor area. But, it did increase to 6 tables and 20 chairs making for a great neighborhood gathering place. Baristas Calvin, Sarah, and Taylor were all very friendly and helpful providing product information and suggestions to help us enjoy coffee with less sugar and fat.“
