“Love the coffee and ambiance here. However, I no longer patronize them. I ordered a mocha and asked for coconut milk and extra whip. The final bill was more than $3 higher! Small but significant. I was incensed. I told them so and she just shrugged. I don't mind them charging more but do tell us when you do, BEFORE you make and charge me for the drink. I should have just walked out. I greatly dislike these hidden fees that slap you unawares. Maybe it was just that one clerk's fault, maybe it was store policy; I don't know.“

The sandwhich had soggy lettuce, made upside down (lettuce, tomato, tuna from bottom to top), and it was sloppy (tomatoes stacked in center, glob of tuna on center not spread out). I come here for the attention to detail and the caliber of food.“
