“My parents and I ate there for lunch today. When we walked in it was clear they were getting slammed with to go orders and the people in the back were really hustling to keep up. We ordered and sat down. The place was filling up pretty quick. The lady who took our order was very polite and calm despite the busyness around her. The food was brought out by the Manager who checked on us several times and even asked about and brought drink refills. I asked her name but it escapes me now...maybe Jessica or Veronica. Shame on me for not remembering but overall she was great despite the fact that they were getting slammed.“

Despite subways difficulty on coding a proper app to order sandwiches. There was one employee that went above and beyond to fix it. I have completely forgiven and forgot all of Subway®’s past misconducts whenever I had to deal/order from them. And trust me there were some that were completely unacceptable and unforgivable.

To that employee, I hope you don’t stay at the fast food business. I hope you become a franchisee owner or something much much much bigger. I wish I could’ve tipped you more, but I don’t carry cash.“

“From 2 people who are not from this state while stuck here. And we lived in NJ most of our lives. Across from the bridge from Philly! You guys got the Best Philly Cheesesteaks I've ever had. “This store has great service. Of all the Subways around here this is my favorite. I would suggest staying away from the one on N Augusta w/ the BP gas station...very bad service there.This store is super clean and the food is as good as any Subway I've been to.
