“I will have to say this place is very inconsistent and really really expensive. However, I got take out here tonight and it was the BEST ive ever had from here. The portions were top notch and the quality was higher than normal. Only real complaint was the price has gone up a bit and for how slow they were it took them a long time to wait on me (no one else was in the store). All in all I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK if they keep this up! Idk if its new staff or what but definitely would say give this place another chance if uve been disappointed in the past!“

Despite subways difficulty on coding a proper app to order sandwiches. There was one employee that went above and beyond to fix it. I have completely forgiven and forgot all of Subway®’s past misconducts whenever I had to deal/order from them. And trust me there were some that were completely unacceptable and unforgivable.

To that employee, I hope you don’t stay at the fast food business. I hope you become a franchisee owner or something much much much bigger. I wish I could’ve tipped you more, but I don’t carry cash.“

“They've added more to the menu since I last had it years ago which is amazing its inside a gas station which is odd to me but not terrible still glad its available near me and I used the kiosk which was helpful and quick all around great place I believe“

“Went to the newly reopened Firehouse Subs this past weekend. Wow..the new staff was awesome, everything neat & clean..and the food was plentiful and very tasty. The new owner,mgr,and crew.. have really stepped up and taken this Sub shop to a new level. Absolutely the best in the Valley. Great job !!“

“Slow service. Waited in line for 15 minutes before my order way taken. Store is clean. The woman at the cash register didn't wash her hands after dealing with money and only grabbed gloves to make sandwiches. Store is in a gas station. Very limited places to sit. Over all, it's okay. Just slow.“

“This store has great service. Of all the Subways around here this is my favorite. I would suggest staying away from the one on N Augusta w/ the BP gas station...very bad service there.This store is super clean and the food is as good as any Subway I've been to.
