Chick-fil-A in Suffolk

“I am editing my review today because I hope everyone's voice is heard about the change to the food. I used to have zero doubt that the food would always be perfect, that is no longer true. The fries are GROSS....please go back to the original. Not only were they unpleasant, they were seriously overcooked. I am disappointed that the one place that I could rely upon is no longer😔

The Chick-fil-A on main street in Suffolk always rocks! The food is always perfect and the customer service is probably the best of any restaurant I have ever visited. I have ordered for group events as well as going through the drive through a million times...always perfect and super efficient.“

“I just want to thank Autumn R . She was very polite & I had just been through 35 hrs no sleep day/night vet emergency visit that ended sadly . So a this 5 stars is for her helping me cope just by being nice . We need more Autumn’s in this world ! Not to mention the manager on duty got me refills with out me even asking . I think she was related to that sneaky butler on Mr deeds because I definitely underestimated her sneakiness ! One second it was empty the next full ! Oh yeah & the spicy chicken was kickin !
