“I just wanted to say that my boyfriend and I just went and placed a pretty big order at the College Dr location on 5/31 around 1:30. The gentleman, Cody took our order gave us amazing service. He read back the order ensuring everything was correct as it was a bigger order, he had a great personality and we feel he should have some more recognition towards his work. Always pleased with CFA and the service but today was amazing and Cody deserves a raise!!“
“I am editing my review today because I hope everyone's voice is heard about the change to the food. I used to have zero doubt that the food would always be perfect, that is no longer true. The fries are GROSS....please go back to the original. Not only were they unpleasant, they were seriously overcooked. I am disappointed that the one place that I could rely upon is no longer😔
The Chick-fil-A on main street in Suffolk always rocks! The food is always perfect and the customer service is probably the best of any restaurant I have ever visited. I have ordered for group events as well as going through the drive through a million times...always perfect and super efficient.“
