Pizza Hut in Suffolk

“The people that work here are amazing, doesn't matter what shift. My food is always fresh, they have a salad bar, and plenty of seating. Sometimes it takes a while to receive your order but being as they are the only pizza hut in the city, this is understandable.“

“So when I arrived, there was a line going outside, some sort of deal going on. While the wait was a bit longer than expected, the food turned out well and management went above and beyond to make it right. The one thing that does concern me, is that an escalation occured with another customer and an employee, both the customer and employee ended up cussing at one another and this lead to the employee making threats. A police officer that was off duty had to step in as a mediator to prevent it from escalating further. While I will say this escalation was on both parties ends, at any other job, regardless to how busy they were, the employee cussing at and yelling at someone as well as making threats would have been sent home at a minimum, instead they were made to make the food, while in a bad mood. This felt extremely unprofessional, especially when there were children present waiting with their families for food.“
