“We ate here this afternoon for my husband’s birthday and it was just phenomenal from start to finish…the food the service the atmosphere everything is on point and we will definitely be back!!!“

“My husband, son and I enjoyed our supper at Metro this evening. We had an excellent waitress -- answered questions, pleasant exchange about the menu, anticipated time for drink refills and brought our tab without the long wait after finishing. Our only complaint was the loud music -- hard for us to converse since my husband and I are both hearing impaired.“

“Fried Clams always a hit, Shrimp Scampi was absolutely out of this world 6 GIANT butterfly shrimp and the pasta was perfect, I had chicken Alfredo the chicken was perfecty grilled and plenty of it and again the pasta was perfect. Sara our server was on point. I can overlook certain things cleanliness is not one but here even the men's room smelled fresh and it appeared spotless. I highly recommend this place it's a bit pricey or I would be here weekly but the portion size makes up as I have leftovers everytime. Over the past few years I've been here 30 plus times. I've never had a bad experience. my advice to the nay sayers is don't slap a place for one bad experience talk to the manager so they know what needs correcting working in this industry most of my life, mistakes can happen but they can be made right as well. I'll be back soon guys.“

“We decided to try this place on a whim and it eneded up being a pleasant experience!
The service was friendly (we did have a waitress in training, but she did well)
The place was clean and inviting,
The food was absolutely delicious. I had never had the rolls they offered before and I was not disappointed.
My only suggestion would be to improve the menu as in it was a little difficult to read/decipher. Still not a deterrent from returning.
I would suggest making the names of the dishes in bold and the ingredients not bold.

“This place is a hidden gem. Always a clean environment and cozy. Music appropriately playing so you can still hear everyone speaking at the table and the food is beyond amazing. The owners and staff are all super friendly and extremely accommodating! The chef is talented and does things right. “My husband and I love Santa Fe Grill. They serve truly authentic Mexican cuisine. It is absolutely delicious and the portions are huge. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. So I call and ask for a Cali roll with cream cheese and cucumber. Order was made without cream cheese. Idk where the miscommunication went wrong but they made it right and only charged for the cream cheese. By far one of the best fresh sushi places in the area. Highly recommend.“

“I absolutely love this Which Wich locates at 1011 University Blvd, Suffolk, VA! Each time we visit this location, we look forward to seeing Tom. Tom is awesome and always make our sandwiches with love and care. Now all of the staff is awesome at this location, hands down, they all are amazing and they all are pleasant and courteous! Tom knows my hubby and Me by Name. He engages in conversation and he is always so nice. The food is amazing, the lemonade and tea blend is soooo delicious, the chocolate chip cookies with yellow M&Ms and toffee in it are the perfect treat to wrap up your meal at this location!!!! “Peking house has become our go to for Chinese takeout after our previous favorite place cut quality and raised prices. I wish we had tried it sooner! “Masons is one reason I have stayed in Suffolk. It is the perfect neighborhood spot. The owner knows you by face and grew up here himself. Chef Lisa and Joe are quite the duo; best chef of Suffolk award and amazing homemade collards and sides that are to die for. Everytime we go, it's always a good time. I see a few reviews and it bothers me because there is a huge difference in a chain restaurant and then a place like Masons. The 2 aren't even comparable. It's like comparing a college to a university. At Masons, it's like "Cheers". Everybody knows your name (a college); you aren't just a number (university). All places have their ebbs and flows at times, but, let's remember the reason fast food is called fast, and when something takes time it's bc it's crafted by hands that know what real food should taste like. We will always ❤️ love our Masons!“

“I came in on my break from work greeted the lady that said welcome to Moe’s with welcoming energy. I get to ordering my food and she gave me a small potion of chicken. When I asked for a little more she scrapped the top of the container barely touching anything and I also asked for dark meat she gave me regular white meat. The lettuce was pink and the when food spilled out of my bowl onto the plating area she simply picked it up and it back into my bowl. The service was welcoming at first but very quickly became horrible. I did get food but after this review will probably not eat it out of fear from getting sick.“
