“Last week, I placed an online order for mom's makin cookies. When I arrived to the store, I was told the flavor wasn't in-stock. And, I'd have to contact customer service for a refund.
After contacting customer service, I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. No one called. Therefore, customer service was contacted again.
This time, I received a call from the District Manager, Pam. She was very kind, and provided a resolution for my issue.
Today, I returned to the store, and spoke with the GM Shawn. Shawn was very apologetic for my experience, and stated the matter should have been resolved, prior to me leaving. Shawn, and his employee, Angel, provided me with exceptional customer service.
I received a full refund, and ice cream for the inconvenience. I'd definitely return, but would order in store!“

“Tried to get donuts as we have never been there. Drive through was around the building, so we went inside. Girl got an attitude about us coming in. So we left. Manager came out yelling at us. We said lock the doors if you can't come in, she said she can't cause they have app customers that need to come in. Really........ put a sign in the door. She said they can't.... really. Done with dunkin..“
