“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I saw the street sign and gave them a try. I got a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with 5pcs Hot BBQ wings. The sandwich loaded with delicious crispy chicken. I loved it. Wings were fresh and taste was very good. Their prices are cheaper than other places in Alexandria. I will be back again.“

I ordered combo meal with quarter white chicken that comes with rice and yucca. White meat was a bit dry and I couldn’t finish it. Yucca was great. I could eat that all day. Rice was just ok. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“Wow! I thought at first that the food would just be ok. Chick fil a was pretty close by so I took a risk by passing on it. Little did I know, this place is FAR better than chick fila. The portion sizes are hugeee. The chicken sandwich alone is extremely filling and there’s enough fries to induce a food coma 10x over. The spice was also decent, I would consider it above white spice level but below what you might expect something spicy to be. I was satisfied wih the flavor though and the chicken was perfectly fried. Crispy outside and juicy inside. I recommend getting the loaded sandwich, it’s worth the extra toppings. They don’t skimp!!! I got the blackberry lemonade and it was delicious. Not overly artificial and a good sweetness level, tastes exactly as described. All in all, Hot Lola’s has superb fried chicken and is a great value!“

“This was my second time ordering pickup from bbq chicken in Tysons, after being impressed with my previous experience. This time, my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. It was a Friday mid-afternoon, and the place was not busy at all.
However, this time the chicken was less crispy than before. Maybe they used too much sauce, but the batter was noticeably thinner than the first time, and slightly soggy. The chicken meat was cooked well, but I much preferred my first time's results.

I will give them another chance to match the crispiness of my first order.“

“This food was really good. We went at 2pm and there was almost nobody there. I ordered the Mac and Cheese burger and it was really good. The waitress could've been more energetic, she seemed like she didn't want to be there or serve us. “as a regular, the authentic Chengdu laziji (spicy chicken) congxiang yu (scallion fish) and ziran yang (cumin lamb) are my go to favorites“

“First time trying this Korean fried chicken place, we have many around the neighborhood, thankfully the food made up for the lack of customer service, be prepared to wait since the food is made to order or order ahead, hands down best Korean chicken I've had.“

“Pizza is typical for fast food, conveyor belt production that is good for kids birthday parties but not much else. The fact this place does decent business is more a testament to the lack of truly good pizza places in the neighborhood as opposed to their pizza being tasty. One big gripe is that when you order pick up, they have the pizza ready on cold bookshelves as opposed to keeping hot on the oven as a "real" pizza place would.“
