“Three girlfriends and I stayed at the Tides Inn for a quick overnight stay to celebrate a milestone birthday , and one of the highlights was having our lunch at Fish Hawk Oyster bar. It’s delightful covered terrace overlooked both the pool and the river. I enjoyed a crab salad and one of my friends enjoyed her crab cake sandwich (so much crab, NOT all filler). The service was attentive even though they were busy. We enjoyed our day 1 lunch so much we returned for our day 2 lunch before we departed! There was a cocktail boat racing event happening at the resort so it was much busier. Their flat bread, salads, fried oysters were all delicious. We hit it at the right time and got a table but wait time grew to over an hour (due to the boat races) while we were enjoying our lunch. Management stepped in to help with service during peak times. Highly recommend if you’re near Irvington or staying at the Tides Inn!“

“My wife said to get lunch out today. Drove by a tiny little Hardee's in the middle of nowhere. Had a great Maple bacon burger. It was super good. The manager lady was really nice and friendly, and you could just tell, runs a tight ship. The place looks old but was pretty clean.“
