was there just 15 mintues ago and will never go back. Had kids working in the front? They didn’t even know how to run the register and the manager I guess her name Raven was very rude and mean and I told her she needed to lighten up people like that should not be in customer service in any shape or form. Went in to two DQs in my area to redeem a birthday BOGO Deal from her phone app (my mom is disabled so I went in for her) and the told me they could not take the deal because their systems weren’t set up for it. I was very disappointed. Went back to the car and decided not to give them business today. We will celebrate her birthday else where now.
No more DQ for us.
