Krista who I believe was the manager was very helpful when I made a stupid mistake and placed an online order for the wrong location. I first tried to call the other store I accidentally placed the order at and ask for a refund as the email I received requested. I was met with a very mellow “umm I dunno how to do that.” From the employee. So I went back in and they helped me out and I left very happy.“

“BP and Subway Store 127 in Verona Virginia is so blessed to have Ms Megan working there. She was sweet, polite, fast and efficient. She went out of her way to help and accommodate me. I had eye surgery at UVA yesterday. I am struggling to see with only one bad eye without contacts or glasses. I can not emphasize how kind and fast Megan worked filling my family's and other customers orders. She graciously helped me order. She is a great asset to this store showing her skilled management of employees, knowledge, efficiency and empathy. She quickly helped coworkers fill multiple orders while helping other employees navigate and fly through the checkout process with ease. The store is very clean and stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this store for the weary traveler, family or anyone. If you are a veteran, special needs or have family members who are you can stop here knowing all will be taken care of with love and respect.

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Hardee's for great idea of making heart shaped biscuits. I was feeling down one day and went to get breakfast, opened my container and there was a heart shaped biscuit. It made my day! Thanks Hardee's!“

“Definitely would give fewer stars but I don’t wanna mess up the 3.6 this store has already. constant bickering between the order makers and the kitchen staff. Food was cooked by Robyn I apologize if that is misspelled but the food had great quality. The service however was not the best the older lady in the front for some reason wanted to give a smart remark after everything I said, including the expression that the food is always fresh which is most definitely and understatement depending on who is cooking it. I can understand that time get busy but that’s no excuse for a lack of good customer service. I’ve been coming to this Burger King forever and when Robyn is in charge whether it’s cooking or register everything is amazing but tonight I find it almost repulsive to have an employee give a paying customer such sas. But I’ve had problems with employees and their distasteful customer service. But as a reminder Robyn is doing an amazing job and has always proven to be able to do her job no matter what.“
