“Food is absolutely wonderful but be forewarned, if you are going to get the chicken strip basket and have the chicken covered in sauce.... Dairy Queen is apparently another business that the chicken product in the container and then just squirts barbecue sauce on top of it instead of tossing it in a bowl the correct way and having all of the chicken covered in sauce container with chicken in it barbecue sauce all over the top, and a bunch of pieces of chicken not being in sauce as well as a good inch of sauce at the bottom of the container. Hate that“

“This is based solely on interaction and not the food. I ordered from my phone and didn't realize I order from Bridgewater, VA and not Bridgewater, NJ. Called and told them I am an idiot and how sorry I was and that lunch was on me. They went ahead and cancelled the order and refunded me the money which was not necessary because it was my mistake. If I'm ever in the area I will gladly stop and patronize this location“

“A lot of these reviewers have unreasonable expectations lol. It's a McDonalds, the staff here is mostly >25 years old, they're dealing with the concequences of end stage capitalism by participating in it because they have no other choice. The owners are probably either a massive LLC who doesnt care because youre going to buy the IP anyway or an actual mom and pop who are trying to get their promised ROI and are trying to keep staff satiated. Cut em a break, get your slop, and move on with your life. You're the one who wanted to go to a drive thru instead of cooking something yourself and chose Micky Dee's expecting a Michelin experience ??“

“Don't usually eat inside Cookout.. most people, including ourselves, pick up from the drive through window. Super affordable prices and the food is decent. That is all we need when we are on the run. Best chicken & cheese quesadillas ever! My daughter and I could eat these for months and still crave them the next day. I also like the Hush Puppies even though my kids have no idea what these are. I'm pretty sure my daughter got through her entire JMU senior year by just eating Cookout chicken quesadillas.“

“The last two visits my bowl has been shorted on one side a tablespoon across half the bowl. The employees are always friendly with pick up orders. The owners must not read the reviews. How did yall hook me up if my last 2 visits my bowl was shorted food???“
