“You know this place is good because there is a constant stream of people pulling in and lining up in a random parking lot. I got a bean quesadilla that tasted super fresh. Waited about ten minutes as there were about five orders before mine. Friendly service. I could taste the cilantro, fresh tomato, onions and cheese and it was stuffed with beans. The only thing that would have made this delicious lunch better, would have been black beans instead of refried beans and some sauteed veggies.
There is one table with an umbrella that's seen better days if you want to sit and eat. Most people took their meals and left. I couldn't wait that long and enjoyed it outside on a beautiful afternoon. Don't pass by this food truck!“

“Mi Rancho is a wonderful place to go for great food and a pleasant dining
experience! My wife and I go there at least once a week. I grew up in New Mexico where I enjoyed the south western cuisine. My wife and I have settled on the "Carnitas" at Mi Rancho as our favorite dish. That selection really brings back memories of home!.“

“A friend in Waynesboro told me about this place just a year or so ago. Honestly, without a recommendation, I probably would have driven by it, again and again, always wondering if it was any good, but never stopping. (C'mon, we all do that, right?) This is hands down some of the best Mexican cuisine I've ever put in my mouth. Iguana Azul was also my introduction to the dish Molcajete. Now, it's all I order. Juan's (Hayes, Gloucester Co., Va.) still has the best table-side guacamole and ceviche (that's all I order there) I've had, but Iguana Azul's got everything else. Run, don't walk...“
