“You know this place is good because there is a constant stream of people pulling in and lining up in a random parking lot. I got a bean quesadilla that tasted super fresh. Waited about ten minutes as there were about five orders before mine. Friendly service. I could taste the cilantro, fresh tomato, onions and cheese and it was stuffed with beans. The only thing that would have made this delicious lunch better, would have been black beans instead of refried beans and some sauteed veggies.
There is one table with an umbrella that's seen better days if you want to sit and eat. Most people took their meals and left. I couldn't wait that long and enjoyed it outside on a beautiful afternoon. Don't pass by this food truck!“
