“I bought a MangoNada was fresh and delicious and the young ladies make it right away this is my first time trying I am from New York and came to visit a friend I wish to have a mangolina that I can buy me a mangonada everyday on summer but not only that the staff was friendly and they went above and beyond giving recommendations what I can try and I am satisfied with my mangona and the customer service I got. “I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“

“Stopped by Pitango Gelato at Reston Town Center. The gelato is pretty decent, and the strawberry flavor was actually quite good. The atmosphere inside is nice, quiet, clean, and well-organized. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall it’s a solid spot if you're looking for a chill place to grab a quick treat.“

Skip the long line at the pretzel place next to it and treat yourself to one of their unique flavors. Also, if you've been to that other prominent cookie store, I find that CC's cookies don't all start to taste the same as you try the different kinds.“

“I have been getting the same order here at least twice a week for the past few months, and every time I go in I am greeted by very friendly staff who take the time to remember me and my order. “I came in like 5 minutes before closing time at The cookies were fresh and really good, even though I came in around 12:55 AM on a Wednesday, just a few minutes before closing. I ordered 4 classic cookies and one ice cream cookie. Kiara, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly, was very kind and gave me an extra cookie because one of mine had split in half. It didn’t affect the taste or quality at all, but I really appreciated the gesture, especially so close to closing time.

Definitely the best Insomnia Cookies branch I’ve tried, and I would 100% recommend it.“
