“The Mission BBQ in Dubuque, IA has the most awesome staff of ANY restaurant I’ve ever been in. I didn’t get the name of our cashier, but she checked back several times and checked for us if there are any plans to put one in Omaha, NE (unfortunately, not yet). Mission BBQ is my favorite place to eat anyhow. I go out of my way to eat there when we’re remotely close (this one is the closest and it’s 5 hours away. The food is great, the staff is friendly and it’s clean. My younger son left his Eagle Scout and Sea Scout Quartermaster patches for the on in Roanoke, VA and they sent him a really nice thank you letter. If you’re a First Responder or military, I especially recommend stopping, but anyone who likes really good BBQ! (The red velvet cake is awesome too!)“

“Tasty Korean BBQ is a lowkey spot with reasonable prices for great food!! We got the pork belly BBQ, the chicken/beef combo, japchae, and kimbap. We ate there and service was fast and they were very kind. It was great!! We will definitely be back“

“We had a wonderful dinner inside Beach Bully on 11/2/24 and it was great! I took the cashier’s recommendation of sliced pit beef sandwich with cheese and onions, and added their Tiger sauce, and it was delicious! My husband’s fried flounder sandwich was tasty, and freshly fried. The green beans were seasoned perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant clean and well-stocked with condiments and wet naps. We’ll definitely be back when in the area next time!“

“Love this spot! Me and my girlfriend have eaten here probably ten times in the last 6 months. I get the brisket every time and usually it’s great. However, this past week we went and the brisket was borderline inedible. So chewy and tough that I couldn’t even swallow it. My knife (albeit plastic ware) was unable to cut through it, and I was left pretty disappointed and still hungry lol. The time before that we ordered take out and it was a similar story. Don’t know what’s up with that, but everything else is great! The Cinnamon apples are my favorite side along with the hush puppies, and my girlfriend always gets the bbq chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and Mac+cheese, never disappoints.“

“Laugh at me all y'all want about this, but my favorite 2 things from here are getting an order of hush puppies in my to go order with a gallon of their lemonade. Here's why... 1 their lemonade taste like my Meemaw's from back home. The hush puppies is because they put them in the to go container hot... then throw in the little butter packs. It melts the butter in packs and I can dip my hush puppies in it! Again, reminds me of home!!! Most of their food does lol LOVE THIS PLACE!“

“Came here all the way from New Jersey always wanted to try it. Prices was great got a tray burger fries chicken quesadilla. I would say skip the quesadilla. They have a sink for you to wash your hands place wasn’t crowded food came out quick. Someone that was with me did not get fries in there order. When they went to the front to get them it was a hassle. One of the girls in the back Spanish she put the fries in and slammed the box down. Which was unnecessary a mistake is a mistake just fix it. We came to this location because of the better reviews. Overall good but check your food before sitting down. That employee needs an attitude check but everyone else was nice.“

“I had lunch with a friend on Thursday, July 31st at 11:30 a.m. We have dined here several times. They have a good menu with reasonable prices, the service is very good, plenty of parking, handicap accessible, with a mix of tables and booths for seating.
On this visit when we entered, there was a large group (approx. 20) seated at tables placed together - so they can accommodate a group setting. We were seated in a booth and there was plenty of open booths and tables.
My friend and I ordered from their lunch pick two soup and salad menu. My friend had the strawberry salad with a loaded baked potato and I had the strawberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and the shrimp and lobster chowder. We both had ice tea for our drinks.
Our server, Derick (I hope I got it right), was very attentive. He took our order, had bread and butter and our drinks quickly delivered after we ordered. My friend's baked potato looked delicious and my chowder did not disappoint. The salads were perfect. The soup and salad lunch menu is a great deal. As I indicated, our server was very attentive. He refilled our drinks, provided a to-go drink for my friend, kept an eye on us to see if we required anything without coming to the table and asking, and offered desert when we finished our meal.
I had not seen my friend in two months, so we spent an hour and a half catching up during our lunch. We had a very pleasant experience, as always, at this location. When we left, the restaurant was significantly full.
As I said, I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed in the service or food. Highly recommend.“

“I am so glad I live within walking distance from Buko Resto. This place is great! The food is delicious and affordable. The cocktails are made well and the bartenders are polite and they serve drinks quickly. The hookah bar has a good selection. And the layout and atmosphere is just awesome; it doesn't feel like you're in virginia beach.“
