“recently was charged for extra chicken on a veggie bowl and when I went in to get the price adjusted, Eli provided great customer service by refunding my entire order. I was not seeking a refund, only an adjustment, but Eli made the moment right by proving great customer service and was super friendly.“
“Went around 9pm. No line the young man who served me was friendly and accommodating. I rarely eat Chipotle anymore since they've expanded and became very stingy but tonight felt like old times. The young lady who rang me up was also friendly and helpful as well. Did not disappoint!“
“Great food as expected! It's just completely understaffed in the p.m. hours. Don't know if management is trying to save on staff hours but it's not working due to the hit on quality and time of service for an order. Management might need a refresher.“
“Update: So, I’ve visited this location a couple of times recently since my last post (it’s the closest location to me). I’ve gone inside and not placed online orders. Im happy to report that everything has been in stock, toppings/meat have been fresh, store is clean, and looks like there are some new employees in there who were pretty friendly.Probably the worst chipotle in Virginia.“
“This place rectified an order they didn’t even get wrong. The order below was done by the location at the mall. They were seriously so kind and sweet about this that I forgot I was even upset.
The below was supposed to be two tacos and a burrito bowl that the N Mall location completely got wrong. NOTHING was right. I ordered through door dash.

“Was glad to see that when I mentioned dairy allergy that the server was quick to change gloves and make sure food was pulled from new pans to avoid cross contamination.
It is a common problem that is company wide; not just this location, that the service line and cook prep tables are not consistently wiped down. Bowls and burritos should not be dragged through previous food order on the line. And the prep station should Not have a dirty meat cutting board present when rice or other items are being prepared.
I will still go back and make sure I stand there while the line is wiped down as there are not many vegan fast food options out there to enjoy.
Vegetarian options: Sofritas are vegan. No non dairy cheese options. Grilled veggies are good when fresh.“
