What a great place! We are locals and can't get here too often. Owners are usually around and and friendly. The food is creative and freshly prepared.If you are visiting and looking for a casual place ON the boardwalk... you need to eat at Johnny's!!!
This is the kind of place you travel from Florida to experience in Virginia Beach!Family owned that serves absolute quality, fresh ingredients, in large filling portions with prices that are entirely too low for what you are getting.We enjoyed the steak tacos, blackened Mahi tacos, & Chicken quesadilla with chips and their homemade salsa .. which btw the salsa needs to be jarred and sold on the shelves!Kid-friendliness: The owner had his own 2 young boys there..
