On Mother’s Day 25’ at 10:20, they probably had 11 cars in the drive through and just as many mobile pickup orders. Each crew member had a job and were cranking out drinks deliberately. When a customer walked up, they were greeted with a calm courteous smile, took the order, and returned to the line to help their team. When they started an order, the barista called out that the order was being started. When drinks came out, they were correct and names correctly pronounced. I have never seen a tighter ship of professionals. As an artilleryman, I’d give them all positions on my gun line.
