“We visited Thai Cuisine for the first time on 07-19-22 and ordered the Panang Curry and Tornado Duck. Both dishes were very appealing to the eye and absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend dining there and this restaurant will most certainly go on the top of our list!!!!“

“Finding gluten free options at any restaurant is very hard to do. I was pleasantly surprised to see an entire page of gluten free options for me. I had the Italian ham sub and it was delicious!!! Will for sure return to this restaurant again. Thank you for offering so many items for ppl that miss pizza, subs, and pasta.“

“Great distillery to visit, Vodka is top notch, love the Cinnaburn moonshine, Orange Creamcicle is great, Spiced Rum is better than anything else out there. Owners are extremely knowledgeable on their products and will steer you right. Cool FD decor and neat swag. highly recommend.“

“What a great experience ! A friend, and I had supper here and the fried perch, broccoli, and coleslaw was fabulous. My friend, who has traveled the world and is a connoisseur of seafood, remarked more than once about the excellence of our food. Our waitress, Kim, was as fine as the food ! It's not everyday that food and service both achieve such high marks. Bravo, Fisherman's Dock of Kingsport, Tennessee !“

“Ate lunch there today (Labor Day) There was a mix up with our order and it took a long time to get our food. Staff was very apologetic, More than made up for it! Good business practices!!! Pizza was delicious when we got it and the ice cream was beyond fabulous! Thanks for great customer service!!“

“Normally, I'm not the biggest Cheddars fan, but I really have to brag on the server that my family and I had today (4/5, around 6:00). We were a bigger party, and she handled everything perfectly. I seriously wish I knew her name so that I could thank her properly, but she had the section in the area behind the host stand next to the fish tank. She was extremely sweet, prompt, and nothing was out of place. I'm a server myself, and I feel like I learned how to be a better server just from dining with her today. My family and I received excellent service today, and we could not stop talking about how great a server she was. We really appreciated her!“

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.“

“You can tell the place is struggling for good workers but the management was on the floor the whole time helping out and everyone seemed to work as a team. Despite food coming out wrong and the waitress being new, she had a great attitude and they fixed the minor issues we had.“

“We have been China Wok’s customers for years. Their food is awesome. The restaurant is clean. The waitresses know us by name. This is my favorite restaurant in Kingsport.“

“Everyone has right to his/her opinion, but I have been coming Ming Garden for many years. Yes, the ownership has changed, and some menu itrms have changed, but overall, each time I go there, I am seated accordingly, and I am always attended to with refills on drinks, removing plates, etc. I’ve read some of these negative reviews, and despite some of the negativity, I have to disagree. Things are going to happen in restaurants. When mistakes happen, they clear it up quickly. If something is running low on the bar, or If something doesn’t taste fresh, Just let anyone know. They will correct this situation quickly. I knew the original owners and the new owners now. No issues. My bottom line is, If the food or another issue is not right, tell someone. They will make yoir experience right for you. Mostly all the staff know me. They work hard in there and I always tip them accordingly. I have nothing negative to say because I know they will make it right.“

“Our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! The food was excellent! But the best part was our server, Heather, who delighted and entertained us the entire time, while meeting our every cuisine need. I had the KC’s macaroni and chicken Which came with garlic bread. And when I told her I could not eat garlic bread, she brought me a delicious sourdough roll. Service was impeccable. Other items our party had were The Titanic, Chips Dips and things, Big Daddy, Margie’s Cashew Chicken Salad, and the, Cowpoke. All were delicious. We will definitely go there again, but I’m going to make sure that Heather will be working that day because we enjoyed her service that much.“

“Absolutely incredible food! We drove a 45 minute round trip just for this food and it certainly was worth it!!! I was blown away at the portions and the quality of the food. They did incredible! The girl running the front was so sweet and made me feel so happy I chose their restaurant. She came around and gave me a big hug and I’ve never been treated so amazing at a restaurant. The food matched the pleasurable experience! We will certainly be back! I was surprised some people gave a rating lower than 5 stars! I’m a foodie and this was hands down one of the best Chinese food restaurants I’ve eaten at!!!“
