9 Best Bakeries in Williamsburg

“Last night, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service of my life. My friend and I still could not believe how absolutely frustrating that situation was and how upset we were over some “cookies”. I have never come to Crumbl and had such a terrible experience. While, I will not be going into detail as to what happened, I do wish to say we returned this morning to lodge a more formal complaint about the issue.

We spoke with a manager named Mikayla (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and I have decided that I want this review to be more about how she handled the situation.

To be frank, she listened to all of our complaints about the problem. From the severe rudeness to all of the individual issues we had with it. She was kind and legitimately cared about the issue despite it being 8:30 am and clearly not on her shift. She allowed myself and my friend to fully speak about the whole problem and addressed all of our concerns. I have to say that’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with management hearing and handling an issue. I just wanted to come here and talk about how great Mikayla was and how satisfied we are with the way she handled it.

A lot of times, customers are not always correct but this all was truly not my fault. A simple legitimate apology would have solved this whole mess.

And to be clear, an “I’m sorry you feel that way,” isn’t an apology. Mikayla deserves a raise because at this point she is the only reason I’ll be giving this Crumbl another chance. So thank you so much to Mikayla for providing outstanding customer service. You are the best!“

“Went here for my birthday to cheat on my diet and it was well worth it!!🤤🤤🤤 Ordered an oatmeal cookie sundae! Cookie was warm and soft. Everything was delicious 😋. The staff was amazing and even threw in an extra cookie for my birthday!!! Will be back!!“

“Stopped in on impulse for my birthday and so glad I did! Everything looked so good! I had the peanut butter cup and it was amazing! The frosting was soooo good and the chocolate cupcake itself was sinful! My husband had the Boston Crème and he said it was delicious! Picked up some pup cakes for my dogs too !Service was excellent and friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will be going back sooner than later!“
