“I planned, all from Chicago, a welcome reception for 175 people for the night before my son’s wedding. Over the phone I explained my concept - beer snd wine, appetizers and finger foods, enough so guests had sufficient food for dinner. I wanted the guests to mingle so I mainly had lots of chairs snd a few tables. They worked within my concept, suggested food, had some on tables and some passed. Food was delicious, more than enough, and guests repeatedly told me so. The caterers were on time, organized, saved some food in the kitchen for my allergic son, arranged for table covers, cleaned up well. I was a guest at my own party and delighted with the outcome. 5 stars.“
